Multi-Truck family owned and operated Carpet Cleaning company looking for:
“Experienced” full time technician to join the team.
We offer:
* Several pay options to chose from. Hourly pay up-to $20ph OR hourly + commission OR straight commission, come on in and lets talk about it!

* Rotating Saturdays which gives you at least 2-3 off each month. (unless you WANT to work them for the $$$:)
* Currently working on a Health Care package to hopefully be rolled out in January!
* Super powered truck-mounts, sheering upholstery tools, brush-pro crb's, battery powered pump sprayers, look from home/road mobile app for job schedule, commission & pay, time off requests, and WEEKLY W-2 pay checks with direct deposit options.
Requirements:
* Have your own reliable transportation to get to the shop in the morning.
* Have a good driving record (were gonna check)
* Be able to pass a back-ground check (were gonna check that to)
* Be neat and clean in appearance.
Good communication and people skills.
* Work long hours on your feet.
* Lift heavy objects
* Work a flexible schedule. (most days are 8:30am- about 4:00-6:00pm M-F including some Saturdays, in a rotation and split shifts are possible at times.
* Take direction well and be able to work with minimal supervision.
* Have knowledge of truck-mounted steam cleaning, VLM and ENCAP cleaning, upholstery cleaning (we use Safire Scientific tools that make furniture cleaning a breeze!), some VCT tile and hard surface cleaning knowledge is a plus.
* Flood Restoration experience or IICRC certification in any area moves you to the front of the line!
* Minimum 2 years experience, or convince me your as good.
Well cover the rest during in-person interview I guess.
If you live local to Rochester Michigan this is a bonus due to the emergency nature of some of our after hours flood restoration and structural drying divisions you may be asked to assist with from time to time.
